Spinach salad with Goji berry . 芝麻枸杞拌菠菜

Ingredients: Spinach, sesame seeds, ginger, Goji berry

原料︰菠菜1把、芝麻1小碟、姜1小塊、枸杞子適量

Steps 做法︰

  1. Cut off the spinach root, especially "red root" part.

將菠菜的粗根須切掉,但不要把“紅色部分”完全切掉;

  2. Boil a pot of water, add in some salt and olive oil. Next, slightly boil the spinach into hot boiling water for 1-2 minutes, remove and dry it aside. Cut the spinach into sections.

鍋中倒水,燒開後加1小勺鹽和少許食用油,下入菠菜燙1-2分鐘,撈起,攥干水,切段;

  3. Slice the spinach root into two so that it is enough thin.

將有菠菜根部段用刀從中間切幾刀,這樣就比較細,;

  4. Slghtly cook the sesame seeds into lightly brown in colour.

將白芝麻倒入平底鍋中,開小火,將芝麻慢慢烤至微黃;

5. Finely chopped the ginger; Mix well with sesame seeds, spinach and some vinegar. Lastly, sprinkle on some Goji berry. Our healthy and delicious dish is ready to be served.

將生姜切末,和芝麻,菠菜段,加少許醋,拌均勻即可;如果要是給小朋友們吃,可以將菠菜段碼入卡通模具中,用枸杞子做眼楮點綴。
