1) Rinse the tea bag with hot water once. 使用汤包前先用热水汆烫一次。
2) Place the tea bag in a pot with 2L of water. 将汤包放入2L沸水。
3) Bring to a boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 2 hours or until the lotus seeds are soft and tender. 2小时慢火煮至莲子与其他材料熟软。
4) Add rock sugar to taste and serve warm. 最后加入冰糖,溶解后即可食用。Suitable for vegetarian. 适合素食者
